Specifically for Health and Nutrition Applications: The software we provide in the health, dietetics, and nutrition domains (e.g., Nutrilation, Nutrilase) does not substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. The results generated by the software must be verified by a specialized physician or dietitian. Bibermod Labs shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect health issues or data loss arising from the use of the software.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bibermod Labs be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.
